Who’s seen this program at a repair center?
The shop I take my cruiser to (inspections today) has it on. I used to work on this show years ago.

its like a pseudo-news channel that’s all about taking care of your car. We produced it and then various shops and chains buy into it. The idea is to inform and educate people sitting around waiting for their cars to get fixed. Its not a bad program...its not entertaining, but its not bad.

yeah, it wasn’t a bad little program to work on. My boss was a big racing fan and so we made sure that the content was massaged to not be super lame...of course that was almost 10 years ago so I imagine its got different owners by now.

nope, there should have been but we were only producing it, not wholly in charge of the content.

I can’t remember the last time I was in a repair place that wasn’t my local mechanic (no tv) or the motorcycle place I go.
But this sounds a whole lot better than the horrid gas station TV channel I see on the highway gas stops.

The shop I was just working at had it, and I configured it, but we were using it on a TV behind the desk so no sound, so I just put graphics and short videos. I could have spent a lot more time on it and I would have liked to use the BG videos too. The TV was in the wrong place for it be effective though, and there was another TV in the lobby with Directv, so which one do you think people were going to watch?
